I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had high hopes for a great family holiday, but the rooms were not clean or comfortable, which was a big letdown. While there were some friendly staff members, especially at the pool bar, others didn’t meet expectations. The location was decent for getting to theme parks, but the facilities felt neglected, which took away from the overall experience.
